Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
energy-saving, fast, yeast-free, for 12 pieces
Dough: Knead all ingredients and divide into 12 pieces. Roll out into small flatbreads. Drizzle a little oil onto a piece of kitchen paper and use it to wipe the still-cold pan. This thin film of fat is ideal for frying, even with nonstick pans. Then fry the flatbreads until they form small bubbles. Now act quickly: After turning the flatbreads over, spread 1 tablespoon of tomato paste on each one, perhaps whisking it with a little water or milk beforehand to make it easier to spread. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with herbs. Sprinkle with some corn and grated cheese. Place the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt. Of course, you can also top the pizzas with other ingredients.
