  • 10 g curry powder
  • 8 g chili powder
  • 6 g Marmite yeast
  • 3 dashes of Tabasco
  • 1 shot of white wine vinegar
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • e.g. coriander
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Thyme
  • n. B. Lovage
  • e.g. oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

with apple sauce, sugar beet syrup, Marmite

Combine all ingredients in a container and blend. 370 kcal per serving.
