Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g rice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp pudding powder, vanilla
- Cinnamon

Bring the milk, rice, and sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally. When the rice is tender, add the vanilla pudding powder dissolved in a little milk and simmer for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and divide the rice pudding among 4 small bowls and let cool. Serve with cinnamon. You can also add half a banana or other fruit to each serving, if desired.
