Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 30 g starch flour
- 125 ml water
- 375 ml white wine
- 40 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s), zest, grated
- 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the first six ingredients, bring to a boil, and let cool. Stir in the low-fat quark. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.
