Quick pizza without yeast dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml milk or cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g ham, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g salami, cut into small pieces
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • ½ onion(s)
  • some salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • Grated cheese, if desired
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Then grease a baking sheet, pour the dough mixture onto it, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C to 200°C for about 30 minutes. If desired, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the mixture before baking.
