Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 point feta cheese
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • n. B. spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the feta on aluminum foil. Finely chop, slice, or press the garlic and spread it over the feta. Season with salt, pepper, etc., wrap in aluminum foil, and grill for 30 minutes. Once the cheese is soft, remove it from the grill and enjoy it on ciabatta or baguette. Variation: Add tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.
