Beef goulash with noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg beef goulash
  • 800 g onion(s)
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 liter of water
  • 3 carrots
  • 5 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Brown the goulash in a pan with the oil. Then remove the goulash from the pan. Dice the carrots and onions and sauté them in the pan. Then add the tomato paste, vegetable stock, water, and the meat. Season with salt and paprika and simmer for 2 hours. Meanwhile, add the pasta and cook until cooked. Serve the finished goulash with the cooked pasta.
