Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g beef, chopped
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 200 ml red wine
- 200 ml meat broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 500 g pasta (croissants or other small pasta)
- 100 g cheese (Gouda or Gruyère), grated
- Herbs, mixed
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown the minced meat, garlic, and onion together. Add tomato paste, wine, broth, and herbs, along with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta until just tender and drain. Transfer the hot pasta to a plate or platter and top with the minced meat and cheese.
