Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice(s) of bread(s), dark, large enough for 2 fried eggs, otherwise 2 slices
- Butter, for spreading
- 3 slice(s) salami, or more, depending on size
- 1 tbsp bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp carrot(s), diced
- 1 tsp, heaped chives
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
a variation with salami, sprouts and carrots
Place the bread on a plate and spread with a little butter. Place the salami on top, then arrange the sprouts and carrots on top. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, fry the eggs in it, and sprinkle with salt, paprika, and pepper. Place them on the bread. Pour the butter from the pan over the eggs and sprinkle with chives.
