Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice(s) of bread(s), dark, large enough for 2 fried eggs, otherwise 2 slices
  • Butter, for spreading
  • 3 slice(s) salami, or more, depending on size
  • 1 tbsp bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp carrot(s), diced
  • 1 tsp, heaped chives
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a variation with salami, sprouts and carrots

Place the bread on a plate and spread with a little butter. Place the salami on top, then arrange the sprouts and carrots on top. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, fry the eggs in it, and sprinkle with salt, paprika, and pepper. Place them on the bread. Pour the butter from the pan over the eggs and sprinkle with chives.
