Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 4 apricots, dried
  • 2 tbsp raisins in rum
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • some cinnamon
  • 2 tsp butter
  • Ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare four pieces of aluminum foil and lightly brush them with butter. Peel and slice the fruit, then divide it between the four pieces of aluminum foil. Sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon, sugar, and a little butter and seal the foil into parcels. Bake the parcels in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Open to serve and top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
