Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pieces of fish (trout)
- 2 lemons
- Salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 80 g butter
- 2 bunches of parsley
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the prepared trout, drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon, season with salt, and coat in flour. Fry in butter for 10 minutes until golden brown. Briefly stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a little Worcestershire sauce into the butter, then pour over the trout.
