Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of shortcrust pastry, round, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 potatoes (G’schwelti), boiled
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- chives
- 200 g cheese (Gruyere), grated
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 dl milk
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
as a starter for 4 pieces
Sauté the potatoes, bacon cubes, onion, mushrooms, and chives and let cool slightly. Mix in the cheese. Spread the mixture over the dough. Make a glaze with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the dough. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 45 minutes.
