  • 125 g olive oil, good

Olive oil on bread – delicious and healthy spread

This spread combines the delicate taste of butter with the fruity aroma of olive oil, which is used in a much higher proportion than in standard olive oil margarines (which is why it should be a good quality one). Place softened butter and olive oil in a bowl and mix with a hand blender (lowest speed) until smooth. After processing, the mixture will be very soft, but after a few hours in the refrigerator, it will have roughly the consistency of margarine and is perfect for spreading on bread. Tip: – If you like, you can add a little salt and/or herbs and/or garlic (the sky’s the limit) and mix as well. – You can also use other high-quality cooking oils (e.g., linseed oil, walnut oil, etc.).
