Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g puff pastry
- 800 g various vegetables (leeks, zucchini, carrots, cauliflower, celery, etc.)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 150 g ham
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Seasoning

Spread the puff pastry on a 28 cm round baking sheet. Finely chop the vegetables, chop the onion and garlic, and sauté everything together. Spread the mixture over the dough while still warm. Whisk the eggs, milk, and cheese well together and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and ground spice. Cut the ham into strips, stir in, and pour the topping evenly over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes. Delicious hot or cold!
