Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- some mustard (for spreading)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 4 slices of cheese (Chester)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 125 ml white wine
- 200 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Flatten the chicken schnitzels, brush with mustard, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place a slice of cheese on each roulade. Roll up the meat and secure with a skewer. Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the roulades on all sides, then season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with white wine and stir in cream. Simmer for 10 minutes and then serve.
