Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • some water, hot
  • 100 ml milk
  • possibly cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cult drink as dessert

Prepare the cream mixture with milk according to the package instructions. Divide half of the custard between 4 tall, narrow dessert glasses. Mix the espresso powder with a little hot water and stir into the remaining pudding. Pour the espresso cream over the light cream. Heat the milk, froth it with a hand blender or a milk frother, and divide it between the glasses just before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired.
