Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 70 g butter
  • 20 g powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon(s) – peel
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp brandy
  • Salt
  • 500 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blanch the sultanas and marinate them in rum. Combine the flour and milk. Separate the eggs, beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until frothy. Stir the egg yolk mixture into the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff, fold into the mixture, and add the melted butter. Place the butter in a pan. Pour in the batter, add the raisins, and fry like pancakes. Finally, use a fork to cut the pancakes into uneven pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
