Beetroot raw vegetable salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small jar of pickled beetroot
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 1 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the beets and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the apple. Peel and coarsely grate the carrot. Peel half the onion and cut into very small pieces. Mix everything together and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in the cream to thicken. Let it sit for a while before serving. A fruity, refreshing salad with guaranteed low calories.
