  • 300 g swede(s)
  • 1 slice(s) pineapple, fresh
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the turnips. Dice the fruit. Mix the cream with the salt, pepper, and chives and pour over the salad.
