Carrots

The perfect carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Carrot
  • 50 g Onion
  • 30 g Spring onion
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 150 ml Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. The spring onions are not absolutely necessary, but I think it’s visually more beautiful. I took white onion, red onion and the green part of spring onions, but unfortunately the red of the onions has evaporated a bit. If you just take normal onions, it will be just as delicious.

preparation

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Cut the onion into fine cubes and cut the spring onion into fine rings.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and spring onion until colorless.
  3. Finally mix in the parsley or sprinkle over it when serving.
