Carrots
The perfect carrots recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Carrot
- 50 g Onion
- 30 g Spring onion
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 150 ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper

- The spring onions are not absolutely necessary, but I think it’s visually more beautiful. I took white onion, red onion and the green part of spring onions, but unfortunately the red of the onions has evaporated a bit. If you just take normal onions, it will be just as delicious.
preparation
- Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Cut the onion into fine cubes and cut the spring onion into fine rings.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion and spring onion until colorless.
- Finally mix in the parsley or sprinkle over it when serving.
