Crepes with vanilla ice cream filling and honey sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
  • 40 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • 100 g honey
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 30 g butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a batter from flour, sugar, milk, and egg, along with a small pinch of salt. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form. Heat the butter in a pan and pour the batter into the pan in a thin layer. Fry until golden brown on both sides. (Use a lid or plate to help you turn the crepes.) Place the finished crepes on a plate and place two scoops of vanilla ice cream on each. Fold the crepes in half and drizzle with a little honey in a zigzag pattern. Garnish with cream.
