Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 250 g low-fat yogurt
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 500 g fruit of your choice
- possibly alcohol, matching the selected fruit
- possibly cream
- Chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Mix the low-fat quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and sugar thoroughly. Blend the fruit and layer it decoratively in alternating portions in serving glasses or bowls. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Tip: For a more festive touch, whip the cream until stiff and mix it with the quark mixture. You can also add a little alcohol, depending on what pairs better with the fruit (like kirsch for cherries). But only add 1 tablespoon, otherwise the fruit purée will be too runny.
