Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 100 g ham (toast ham)
  • 2 tbsp Cremefine for cooking
  • 200g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ cube of stock
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Note: 200g is a rough guide. I use more or less depending on how hungry I am. You can use any pasta you like – I always use spaghetti. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Be careful not to overheat it. Add the diced onion and fry until translucent. Peel the garlic and press it with the onion. Wash the zucchini, cut it into thin strips and add it to the onion. Briefly fry everything, then deglaze with water. Add the stock cube and sauté briefly. Cut the ham into small cubes and add it to the pan. Add the Cremefine, bring to a boil briefly and season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything on plates and serve immediately.
