Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 spring onions
  • 60 g butter
  • pepper
  • 250 g peas, frozen
  • 350 ml broth
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Salt

Soak the raisins in water for about 60 minutes. Cut the meat into pieces. Trim and rinse the leek, then cut into strips. Trim the spring onions and slice into small rings. Brown the meat cubes in butter in a roasting pan and season with pepper. Add the spring onions and leek strips and sauté. Whisk the broth with the crème fraîche, curry powder, and mustard and pour over the meat. Stir in the raisins and peas, season with salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with basmati rice and tomato salad, for example.
