Tuna pizza with feta cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 1 bag(s) of cheese (pizza cheese)
  • 1 can of tomato paste or pizza sauce
  • 1 large onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 1 baking tray

Mix together the flour, salt, yeast, sugar, water, and oil, and let stand, covered, for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and spread with tomato paste or pizza sauce, if desired. Drain the tuna and spread it on the pizza. Slice the onions and arrange them over the tuna. Crumble the feta cheese with a fork or masher (it’s a good idea to roughly chop the cheese with a knife first) and place it on the pizza. Finally, sprinkle the pizza cheese on top and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, ready-made pizza dough from the refrigerated section will also do.
