  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 1 small jar of capers
  • 1 small jar of anchovies
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 400 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 250 ml water, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

For the dough, place the flour, yeast, water, oil, and salt in a mixing bowl and knead for about 5 minutes. Then, cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to full power using conventional oven heating. Peel and press the garlic, then mix it with the tomato sauce and the remaining spices (pepper, paprika, and oregano). Halve the onions and cut them into thin rings, and slice the mozzarella. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato sauce on top and then top with the mozzarella slices. Distribute the tuna and capers evenly on top, then the anchovy fillets, and finally the onions. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
