Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 kiwis
  • 150 g natural yogurt, mild

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 20 minutes

Peel the kiwis and puree them in a blender. Add 4-5 tablespoons of honey, depending on your taste and the sweetness of the kiwis. Finally, add the yogurt and puree everything again. Pour the finished mixture into 6 molds and freeze for about 4-6 hours.
