Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large sausages
- 200 g bacon, sliced
- 10 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp, heaped herb cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Press the sausage meat out of the skin and form into small balls. Halve or slice the tomatoes. Halve the bacon slices. Wrap each ball in a slice of bacon. Top with some cream cheese and a tomato half or slice. Place in a baking dish and bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
