Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- 500 g mozzarella, grated
- 100 g Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Divide the cauliflower into florets, puree the raw cauliflower florets, and mix with the eggs, grated mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add to the mixture. Season everything with oregano, salt, and pepper and mix well. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly. Bake at 170°C (fan oven) for 35-40 minutes, depending on the desired browning. We served it with smoked pork.
