Chocolate-Cinnamon-Crêpes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp, levelled cocoa
  • 5 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 10 pieces

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter (it will be slightly runny) and fry in a pan (either a regular pan or a pan made specifically for crêpes). The sugar will give the surface a bit crispier than regular crêpes. You can top it with fruit (e.g., strawberries), powdered sugar, or, for chocolate lovers, Nutella. I like to sprinkle a cocoa, cinnamon, and powdered sugar mixture on top. In a 28 cm pan, the batter yields approximately 10-12 crêpes.
