Pasta with bacon and egg

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 packs of pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • Salt
  • 1 shot of Maggi
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and whisk the eggs. Drain the noodles and run cold water over them until they are still lukewarm. Fry the bacon with plenty of oil in the pot in which the noodles were cooked. Add the noodles and mix everything well. Finally, gradually add the egg mixture and stir in. Finally, add a dash of Maggi.
