Curry noodle salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (croissants)
  • salt water
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, dice the ham into small cubes. Combine the cream, peas, and corn in a saucepan and add the curry powder. Bring to a boil and add the ham cubes. Transfer the cooked noodles to a large bowl and add the cooked curry vegetables. Mix everything together and season with spices. Let cool, then refrigerate. It also tastes delicious warm, for example, with breaded schnitzel.
