  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Take a large pan and heat the rapeseed oil with the lid on. Add the minced meat and fry in it until crumbly. Then season with salt and gourmet pepper and remove. If necessary, wipe the pan with a paper towel.
  2. Now peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices. Add rapeseed oil and heat in the pan. Add the sliced ​​potatoes and roast for about 10 minutes, covered. Remove the lid and fry for another 5 minutes until crispy.
  3. In the meantime, peel the shallot and cut into rings. Wash fresh parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Add the minced meat and shallots to the potatoes and leave to fry for a few minutes.
  4. Now season the whole thing again with salt, gourmet pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley, serve.
