Cheese noodles with minced meat

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat of your choice
  • 500 g spaghetti or penne
  • 300 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 3 liters of broth
  • n. B. Mixed herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

It’s quick and tastes very good

Cook the noodles in the broth according to the package instructions until al dente. Discard 2/3 of the broth, leaving the rest with the noodles. Brown the ground beef until crumbly and add to the noodles. Add the herb cheese and mix well. Add a few herbs of your choice, salt, and pepper to taste. You’ve got a delicious main course that will keep you full for a long time.
