Spaghetti with salt and oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 450g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan. Peel the garlic, press it in, and roast it with a pinch of salt over low heat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente. Once the spaghetti is done, drain and toss with the garlic oil. Season with pepper and finally stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
