Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 ½ kg chicken wings
- some paprika powder, sweet
- some oregano (dried)
- some rosemary needles (dried or fresh)
- some salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
First, rinse the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. If you haven’t already, trim off the wing tips; they’ll burn in the oven anyway. Season all over with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then lightly season the tops with oregano and rosemary. Place the wings on a baking sheet. Roast in an oven preheated to 175°C (350°F) on the middle rack for about 45 to 55 minutes, until the skin is nice and crispy. We like to serve them with a mixed salad.
