- 600 g potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 handful of cheese
- salt and pepper

Peel and grate the potatoes (or thinly slice them), arrange them on a baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and arrange them on top of the potatoes along with the diced ham. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. The flatter the potatoes are placed, the crispier they will be. The cooking time depends on the thickness and quantity of the potatoes. Serve with homemade guacamole and a fresh salad.
