Bruschetta with spicy anchovies

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 100 g anchovy fillet(s), in oil
  • 3 tbsp sambal oelek
  • 1 jar capers
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the anchovy fillets in a sieve. Drain the capers as well. Mix the anchovy fillets, capers, and sambal oelek. Cut the baguette into slices and toast them. Arrange the anchovy mixture on the toasted baguette slices.
