Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 170 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g white sugar
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Start melting the butter in a saucepan. While this is happening, add the vanilla sugar, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla pudding powder, and both eggs to a bowl. Once the butter is completely melted, add the melted butter to the bowl. Stir everything long and vigorously until the mixture is nice and creamy. Once it’s cooled, refrigerate the bowl for a few hours. Then stir vigorously again. Then you can eat this sugar bomb. It really does taste extremely sweet and caramelly, but also incredibly delicious and creamy.
