Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tsp hazelnut spread
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Marble cake

Briefly warm the hazelnut spread in the microwave. Combine the flour and baking powder, add the milk, and stir with a spoon until smooth. Stir in the sugar and oil. Pour the batter into a large mug (it will approximately double in size), spread the hazelnut spread on top, and marble with a fork. Microwave at 800 watts for 2 minutes, let cool briefly, and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
