Pumpkin jam with passion fruit liqueur

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pumpkin(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice and zest
  • 8 cl liqueur (passion fruit liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the pumpkin. Then add all ingredients to a tall saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. After about three to four minutes, puree the ingredients until smooth. Let it boil briefly, then pour the jam into prepared jars. Let it cool upright with the lid on.
