Nutella crepe fruit skewers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some sugar, as needed
  • 50 g butter
  • 5 tbsp Nutella
  • 500 g mixed fruit, e.g. apples, bananas, grapes
  • some powdered sugar or desiccated coconut
  • 8 shashlik skewers

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

For the batter, mix the ingredients until smooth and add a little sugar if desired. Then let the batter rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, clean the fruit. Cut the apples into pieces and the bananas into slices. Either leave the grapes whole or halve them. Melt some of the butter in a pan and fry some of the batter on both sides to form a crêpe. Remove from the pan and continue until all the batter is used up. Spread the crêpes with Nutella, roll them up, and cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Now alternate a piece of fruit and a Nutella crêpe roll onto the skewers, always ending with a piece of fruit. Tip: If using bananas, they should be very firm. They can still be a little green, as ripe bananas are difficult to skewer.
