quick, easy and refreshing

Boil the linguine in water until tender. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. Fry the shrimp in a pan with oil for about five minutes. If frozen, cook for a little longer. Then add the halved tomatoes and garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes. Deglaze with the cream, add 1.5 tablespoons of sambal oelek and the Parmesan cheese (you can save a little for garnishing) and mix well. Then let the whole thing heat up again and remove from the heat. Drain the linguine and return it to the pot. Add the sauce and mix well. Finally, mix in the sour cream and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
