Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (tortiglioni)
  • 350 g Gouda, grated
  • 200 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ bunch of spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta “al dente.” Meanwhile, grate the cheese, dice the ham, and slice the spring onions. Drain the pasta and leave it in a covered pan. Now, in a pan, brown the ham in olive oil and butter (it’s okay if you want it to brown nicely) and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the pasta to the pan, add the grated cheese, fry briefly, and garnish with the spring onions.
