Pasta with cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 5 dashes lemon juice
  • 150 g cream cheese spread
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili
  • 400 g pasta
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with ham, peas, mushrooms and cheese

Dice the onion and fry in a little butter until translucent. Add the frozen peas, finely chopped ham, and finely chopped mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with cream, adding milk if desired. Melt the cheese in the sauce and stir in the granulated stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and chili flakes, if desired. Cook the pasta as usual until al dente and serve with the sauce.
