Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter apple juice
- ½ liter of black tea mixed with fruit tea
- ¾ liter red wine
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 bag of lemon peel
- 1 piece(s) ginger, walnut-sized
- 1 ½ kg gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for 5 minutes, then pour into jars. Turn the jars upside down for about 10 minutes. This quantity makes 13 jars of 250 ml each.
