Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g rigatoni
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g mild ajvar
- 200 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, whisk together the ajvar and the cup of cream. Heat gently in a saucepan. Just before serving, add the grated Parmesan cheese. This will thicken the sauce. Drain the pasta through a sieve and divide portions among plates. Pour the sauce over the pasta and serve. Tips: You can also add a dash of ketchup or tomato paste and mix well. Cocktail tomatoes also go well with this dish.
