Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 small bananas
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 2 oranges, juice
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 4 cl banana liqueur
  • 4 cl brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the bananas, fry them lightly in hot butter, remove from the pan, and keep warm. Caramelize the sugar in the remaining butter, deglaze with orange and lemon juice, and banana liqueur, and let it simmer briefly. Return the bananas to the pan, heat, pour over the brandy, light the pan, and flambé.
